Matthew 4:18–22
“Immediately they left their nets and followed Him.”
Peter and Andrew weren’t in a temple. They were working. Jesus met them in the middle of their normal daily routine. The moment He called, they left their nets — their identity, security, and career — to follow a man they barely knew. Why?
Because the Call of Jesus carries weight, Glory & Purpose.
Reflection:
- What are “nets” in my life that keep me from following Jesus fully?
- Am I waiting for the perfect moment to obey?
Challenge:
Write down one thing you know Jesus has been calling you to do — and take a step toward it this week.
As long as it’s today don’t harden your heart.
