Living the Love we Claim

Praise God & our Lord Jesus Christ! I believe John is telling us straight up: if we say we know God, you and me included, we’ve got to back it up by living out His commands. No faking it! He’s calling out the bluff—saying if we claim to love God but ignore His ways, we’re just fooling ourselves. But here’s the good part: when we actually follow His word, that’s when our love for Him starts to grow deep and real. And if we’re bold enough to say we’re walking with Jesus, we’ve got.
