For He who knew no sin became sin that we might become the righteousness of God. He did all this through love. The law came through Moses but Grace and Truth came through Jesus the Messiah. The scripture says do not call anyone your teacher but the Lord Jesus Christ so if we are students/ disciples of Jesus Christ we are to walk just like He walked. For many have this notion that “well Jesus did it all for me so I don’t have to do anything?” Amen, Hallelujah He sure did die for the sins of the world but He rose again from the dead, He didn’t stay dead on the cross! Jesus himself tells us to deny the flesh, pick up our cross daily and follow him. He left us a helper to guide us into all Truth, to help us walk out what was impossible for greater is He that’s within us than the one in the world. It’s a new way of living, new mindset, new goals, new perspectives. Life is not about you, it’s about God whom we call Father and truly our purpose is for us to know Him and be vessels for His Kingdom by building that relationship with Him through Jesus Christ who made it possible for humanity to have access to the creator of the universe. So let us put our minds on things above not below!
